Free limits are from each site’s own pages. How it “feels” is my own experience after using them.
1. Sejda PDF Editor
Sejda
Sejda is easy. You open a PDF, click the text, change it, add stuff, and save. The page does not feel messy.

If you edit more than 3 times in one hour online, you may have to wait. That is the main problem with free Sejda.
Good for: quick text edits a few times a day
Not so good for: lots of free edits in the same hour

MyPDF Guru is also made for the same job: click text, fix mistakes, add text, mark things, whiteout, move images, and download.

Good for: daily free text edits without hitting a task limit
3. Adobe Acrobat online PDF editor

Adobe is the biggest name in PDFs. The online editor is strong — but free use is not the same as full text editing.

So Adobe wins on power. Free Adobe online is better for review and sign than for rewriting PDF text.
Good for: deep Adobe work and Pro editing
Not so good for: free, fast text edits

iLovePDF has an Edit PDF tool. Here we talk about that editor only.

Final words
In my opinion, Sejda is still the best PDF editor in this list. It feels clean and easy. But the free plan has real limits — like only a few edits in one hour online.
MyPDF Guru is a newer brand. Still, it is free of cost, and it gives many editor features free that other tools keep behind Pro or Premium. So compared with the others, you get more free editing power here.
For me, that is enough reason to give MyPDF Guru a try.
